SoftLite is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented order entry/customer service representative to join our growing team in Streetsboro, Ohio.
In this role, you will support both customer service and regional sales managers with information regarding products and status of orders and/or quotes. You will also work with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of orders through the system to final shipment. The order entry/customer service rep is the backbone for building rapport and trust with customers by delivering exceptional service to them consistently day in and day out. We also love having fun and are focused on building a strong team!
A Day in the Life:
• Inputting 25-50 custom orders and quotes accurately into computer systems daily
• Entering service warranties
• Maintaining an online filing system
• Facilitating requests from customers and sales managers for pricing, sales aids, and other needs
• Troubleshooting customer issues or complaints
• Assisting customers with a range of complex inquiries ranging from ETA of an order to details of a shipment
• Responding to questions and requests as quickly as possible, making every effort to exceed customer expectations
• Gathering feedback and bringing new ideas to improve the customer’s experience
• Other duties or tasks assigned as needed

Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred
• 2 years’ experience in customer service in any industry
